What our case studies will show you
We’re an established Hampshire IT provider, trading since 2012, and we want our proof to do more than say “trust us”. A good case study lets you judge for yourself, so each one is built to answer three questions.
Was the problem like mine?
The sector, business size and the specific pain that prompted the client to call us, so you can see whether their starting point resembles your own.
What did Chronos actually do?
The services we used and how we delivered them, linked to the relevant service page so you can read the detail, not just a headline.
Did it make a measurable difference?
Outcomes in numbers wherever the client can share them, incident counts, response times, downtime, cost, never vague “improved efficiency” claims.
How we publish case studies
We publish a case study only with the client’s consent, and we attribute results and quotes wherever they’ve agreed to be named. Where a client prefers to stay anonymous, we say so plainly rather than dress an anonymous story up as a named one.

Why are there no case studies on this page yet?
We’re rebuilding our website and are publishing case studies only with each client’s consent and with results they’ve confirmed. Rather than fill the page with generic or invented examples, we’re gathering genuine, attributed stories. If you’d like to speak to a reference client in your sector, ask us and we’ll arrange it where a client has agreed.
Will my business be named in a case study?
Only if you want to be. We always ask for written consent before publishing, and you decide whether to be named, quoted or have your logo shown. If you’d rather stay anonymous, we’ll describe the engagement without identifying you.
What kind of results do you measure?
The outcomes that matter to a business owner or finance lead, things like fewer critical incidents, faster helpdesk response, less unplanned downtime, lower or more predictable IT costs, and security certifications achieved. We report figures the client has verified; we don’t publish numbers we can’t stand behind.
Do you have clients in my area or sector?
