Privacy Notice
How we handle your personal data, in plain English.
This privacy notice explains how Chronos Solutions Limited ("Chronos", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, company size and message, plus your phone number if you choose to provide it.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your data, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To operate and secure the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable site.
We do not use your enquiry details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and handle enquiries:
- Vercel for website hosting and for cookieless website analytics.
- Resend to deliver enquiry emails to us.
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or securely archived. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at sales@chronos-uk.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
